Our Mission
The Moorpark Friends of the Library (MFOTL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit volunteer community organization whose purpose is to provide financial support for programs and activities of the Moorpark City Library. These include a wide variety of exciting and innovative reading, technical, and craft programs for people of all ages. MFOTL endeavors to focus the attention and interest of the public on the invaluable community service offered by the library of today.
New Library Progress
It's a bright blue and gold day to check out the interesting new equipment on the construction site. There's a good chance we may have the groundbreaking ceremony in late January. As previously reported, the event will be short, but all are invited to come, enjoy the opportunity for some fun photos, and buy a brick! Get ready for the announcement of a definite date.
